IRIS - a piercing studio

I had such a great experience at this studio! I stopped in during a quiet weekday without an appointment because a piece of jewelry had fallen out of my rook. Oscar and Maddie went above and beyond to help me out. They were incredibly professional, kind, and patient while exploring every option to see if we could avoid re-piercing. I was so grateful for the care they took and how comfortable they made me feel during the whole process. Truly the most professional piercing studio in Chicago--there's no better place. I'll absolutely be back!

It was my first time getting pierced and the folks at Iris were absolutely outstanding. I cannot recommend Maddie (piercer) and Juice (assistant) enough -- they were both so helpful, informative and kind. The studio (front and back of house) were super clean and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back for more jewelry and piercings in the future -- highly recommend!

I got my labret piercing done elsewhere 2 months ago. It was my first body piercing and I was given very little guidance and no follow up. The jewelry I replaced the original with was too small and caused irritation and frustration. I found IRIS among the Association of Professional Piercers. The showroom is sleek. The jewelry gorgeous.
