I have gotten piercings here before and only had good experiences, I have also had friends who have came here and gotten good work done. But I went and got a tattoo by Brooklyn and it looks nothing like what I wanted . I am so disappointed and honestly hate it. I'm going to have to go get it fixed by a different artist. I wasn't aware she planned on shading the leaves or that she was going to make the tattoo so different than what I asked for. She also originally shaded in the wrong flower which was shocking....

The whole staff was welcoming and accommodating! The day was full and Luke Caparoon made a special exception to fit me in as a walk in, which made my day! The whole experience has always been amazing and I've had nothing but quality sessions, which is why I came back for my fourth tattoo. No regrets!
