I am a 65 year young NiNi. I wanted to have first Grandson's hand, birthday and name. I also wanted my newest Grandson's feet prints, birthday, and name. I brought in the hospital sheet where they stamp the feet for the parents. I first spoke to Omar who helped with size and made copies . He was very nice and accommodating, found out he is the owner very pleasant man.
