Called a week in advance. Made an apt. time for a Sunday but had a hold up with a morning apt. Informed them we may be later in the day & wasn't a problem. The artist was very professional and easy to work with and made the process very enjoyable and smooth. He had good suggestions on placement and size and worked with pricing for the smaller tattoos. The parlor is very clean and inviting. We were very pleased with the results!
