Love Imperial been coming here for years with family since Paul owned. He's retired now but we've had piercings done on four of us with Laura. Really vibe with her and she tells it like it is. Straight forward and does fantastic job!!! Great suggestions on sizing and placement. Will be back for more soon!

I love Imperial. Their piercers are knowledgeable, friendly, funny, bad-a$$, and trendy. I've gotten 5 piercings from them, and i am always out quickly, with minimal pain and gorgeous jewelry. As a naturally anxious person, i find their staff comforting. They put me at ease by talking through the whole process. I emailed once about a question i had regarding my piercing and the owner replied to me promptly. I was told about them by a friend, now I'm telling all my friends.

I am only giving this business 1 star because I have to give a star in order to leave a review but I don't feel they deserve even one star. I just took my child in to have their ears pierced by Laura for the first time. She has been excited for a whole year to get them done (we live in a small rural town and don't make it to the city much) and as we got there was she became extremely nervous. She was crying softly but still well behaved. Laura pierced my 11 year olds ears and...
