Lio was patient while I was trying to explain what I wanted. We figured it and booked an appointment for the day before I left the island oh his recommendation, which was very smart. The BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD GETTING A TATTOO! He was so relaxed and gentle! I could barely feel anything! It turned out even more amazing than I imagined! I would definitely come back to the island just to get another tattoo by him!
