Went to the owner for a replica of my dog's paw print. Gramms took the time not only to understand how important it was to me, but also to hand trace every single speck/dot/line that was on the ink print of his paw. He is incredibly detail oriented and created a safe and cozy space to memorialize my pup. 10/10 recommend to anyone!
