Today I had my first tattoo at Phil Morgan Tattoos. It was a great experience. Phil is clearly skilled at his art and I felt very comfortable entrusting him with creating what I envisioned. He has an amazing attention to detail and suggested welcome tweaks to the design. In fact, I am so happy with his work I have already made arrangements for two more tattoos.
Phil is the consummate professional! He takes his time with you in an extraordinarily collaborative manner to ensure you are happy with your new art. He'll enhance your ideas and ensure they work on your body. I cannot recommend him enough! As the kids say '10/10 highly recommend'
