The customer satisfaction is amazing! One on one service by appointment, very peaceful and quiet where you don't have deal with people walking in and interrupting your session. Originally, you set up an appointment with Parca where he brain storms with you and gets down all your ideas and thoughts without any rush. A few days later he sets you up with another appointment to go over his renderings with you and gets down your stamp of approval. Lastly, he schedules you for you actual tattoo session. Again, just you Parca, and Michelle making the experience very private almost boutiquess!...

Parca studio is really nice! They are very welcoming and have Free refreshments. It's not a open studio where people can just walk in and our it's just 1 tattoo artist and 1 receptionist and I enjoyed that because I was comfortable and was able to relax without judgement......during my appointment the numbing cream didn't work but the pain was durable. Parca worked on my tattoo until I was satisfied and didn't make it seem like I was over doing it by kept asking for changes. I had an amazing experience with Parca and Michelle. They are truly a power couple. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Parca is incredibly talented and he truly takes the time to listen to your ideas, making sure you leave with something you'll love. The studio is clean, and the whole process was smooth and professional. I'm so happy with my tattoo. I love my tattoo as much as I love Parca and michelle and can't wait to come back for more.
