Well let me tell you my experience from the beginning ( the design) to the end (the aftercare) could not have been better! Kyle listened to everything I had to say, he never minimize anything!!!! I stopped by Bay City Tattoos in a rush because I couldn't remove one of my piercings on my own and I had an MRI (can't have body jewelry). John was incredibly helpful--he quickly grabbed some tools, carefully removed it for me, and even gave me easy placeholders so the holes wouldn't close up.
