I started my sleeve on my right arm back in November of 2024 with Scott and he finished it yesterday. He does AMAZING tattoo art work!! Now he is doing some artwork for my left arm sleeve which he will be starting in July. Such a great place for your tattooing needs. I highly recommend Scott Jaffa & Borrowed Time!
