Believe me when I say this is the best tattoo studio in Florida.
Super nice customer service, they gave me coffee and drinks during the visit, we made the tattoo designs from scratch (these guys are geniuses) and made the appointments.
There's always a good vibe in the place and good music!
Now I have 4 pieces from there, and more are coming.
Worst customer service ever. Maybe they think it's cool not to reply to a possible customer. I've sent a message with all the requested information and even I waited 1 week...they didn't reply back. I contacted one of their artists, Luis, and the same. Zero response, although they read my message.
Lame studio. To have a Tattoo Studio doesn't mean that you have to be so unprofessional.
Love this place. Incredible & friendly vibe. I already found the place to complete my sleeve, and this is it. Everyone is super nice & professional; for starters they offer you water and/or coffee before they even begin business. They welcome, listen, and work with you step by step, which ultimately leads to an incredible tattoo.
