I got my conch done by Cassie! She's the sweetest human ever!! She cares about you so much and wants to make sure it's your best experience. The process was super easy, didn't hurt one bit, and she was super clean with everything she touched and did. Not to mention the healing process was insanely smooth and I never had one issue with it. So happy I got it done and EVEN MORE happy I got it done with her!

This shop is hands down the best. I've gotten 2 original pieces from Katie and she touched up a tattoo I had done before finding this shop. All absolutely amazing work and customer service. I've also gotten 2 piercings from Rachael. She was trying a new technique and walked me through it all. She is extremely good and making sure you are comfortable and happy with the end results! Everyone at this shop does amazing work! Couldn't recommend more!

Today, I visited Heart In Hand - Luxury Body Adornments to discuss downsizing a rook piercing that I have been struggling to heal for about 1.5 years. The atmosphere felt very inviting and was beautifully decorated, making me feel very at ease. The receptionist, along with the other staff members, exhibited a very friendly and welcoming demeanor as well. Even though there were no threadless curved barbells in stock, Rachael, who helped me, allowed me to use a smaller curved barbell piece that I owned and helped me in reducing the size of my rook. I would certainly recommend this...
