I love the aura in this tattoo & piercing shop, I could notice it as soon as I walked in. Juli was there to help me out with my ear ring removal and ensured the process was smooth for me. She additionally answered any questions I had about the process. She was very knowledgeable about the size of my old ring (which was one of my questions) and the different kinds of sizes that someone could buy.
