My wife had an appointment for Ink at 1100. We drove from Ocean View and the place was locked. Called the number to basically be told "to bad we each set our own schedules" To be fair, he told us the artist was at the hospital maybe, he was not sure.. understandable. However, no one called to cancel, and the attitude was a tuff shit. We left our contact but no one even reached out after the fact. My husband and I had a great experience at Heart drawn! Curtis was communicative about our initial requests and it was very easy to get scheduled. The shop is large, kept clean, and inviting. Janine was there and she was a total sweetheart, proudly showed us her studio space. Curtis had drawn up a beautiful design for me and our tattoos turned out amazing! We're very happy with our experience here, as a lot of tattoo shops in DE are really hit or miss. We will definitely be going back for more work! Highly recommend.
