So I went in and had a in person consult with the artist prior to my deposit which was actually paid in full. Took advantage of the special the shop was offering pay $250 and they matched with $250. So your getting a $500 right??? No. From the consult to the day before the appointment. Female from ship calls and says "you haven't sent any pictures" confused because error was thinking the 20 min consult and going over in detail what I wanted AND left paperwork with artist was it?!
