If you're looking for a clean, professional place to get a piercing or tattoo, don't go to memories ink in the crystal mall. I got a belly button piercing 4 months ago. When I arrived I asked the hostile piercer a couple questions about the anatomy of my belly button and which she responded with "I mean looks fine to me". Then, she pierced me slightly diagonally with jewelry that was far too short. Four months later, my jewelry is still still short because the piercing was not placed correctly. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name but the piercer was AMAZING! I have been with a different piercer for my past 4 piercings but I had to find a new shop and I'm glad I came here. She was very comforting during the procedure and super personable. I got my tongue pierced and it was practically painless. I would definitely return.
