I first had the pleasure of meeting Clare when she had worked for another Tattoo company in the Hartford County. I had such a great experience that I told her I would follow her when she had opened up her own business a little under a year later she had opened up True penny tattoo in Manchester Connecticut and have had all my work done by her ever since She is professional, Kind, very knowledgeable, and most importantly extremely talented! The shop is very welcoming and I will continue to support Clare for years to come.
