I went in to get two earlobe piercings...my second and third on each side. Melissa and Eli were fantastic...friendly and welcoming. Melissa puts you right at ease, and is an amazing piercer. Prices are extremely fair for piercings as well as jewelry, and appointments are quick. While there is a wait to get an appointment, it's well worth it. Definitely recommend MoonFlower and Melissa!

I went in for a flat piercing and my second lobes. I knew I wanted to do research before I went anywhere for a piercing and all the reviews I read about how great this place is did not let me down. From my check in and jewelry selection, to the absolute perfection Melissa was at the piercings, it was top notch service and a fantastic experience overall. I cannot wait to come back for downsizing and will most definitely be getting more piercings from Melissa. Thank you and continue to be the absolute best!

It's honestly shocking how high the reviews are for this boutique since my piercing experience was horrible. I got two cardiledge piercings done and immediately had issues a few days later. Not only were both piercings infected, but the earrings were tightened so much that the swelling from the infection caused the front of my earrings to go under my skin. I then had to pay to have them surgically removed since they were causing so much discomfort and kept bleeding. I am currently on antibiotics as well. In short, you are better off at Claire's.
