Hannah is the BEST! I was super worried about how my industrial would look and turn out after seeing a lot of other shops pictures. Not only was Hannah incredibly nice and supportive throughout the process but she also did an incredible job! I really like the custom work she did on my accessories and she was happy to work with me on how I wanted them to look. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely come back for work in the future!

I had a positive experience today. My visit was prompted by favorable online reviews. I received exceptional assistance from Irene or Eileen (I apologize for the uncertainty regarding the spelling of her name) at the front desk. While I desired an additional ear piercing, I was unsure of the precise placement. She patiently discussed various options and assisted in selecting earrings for my existing third and fourth piercings. Chris performed the piercing, meticulously sanitizing all equipment. He provided a detailed explanation of the procedure. Having numerous piercings, I found his expertise and professionalism to be superior to any previous experience....

While visiting friends in Denver, I finally crossed a piercing off my bucket list--and I'm so glad I did it here! Hannah was amazing--professional, kind, and made the whole experience comfortable. The shop was clean, welcoming, and had a great vibe. Highly recommend!
