I am the general contractor who did the buildout of the Fortified tattoo shop. The owners, Artis and Chris agreed to have me do the work at their shop. When the job was completed, they didnt pay. They were both friends for several years prior to this. Almost 3 years after completion and i have not received any compensation for my work. They tried to hurt me and my family financially. They drive around in SRT's, Teslas and SUV's but cant pay the bill to the person who made their dreams of owning their own tattoo shop a reality. Two...
