The first time I went in I had a quote by a guy named Mike. I explained to him what I wanted and explained to him my budget. I couldn't pay more than $ 300 to $400. I made sure that was clear. When I went in for the first session he took 2 hours just for the outline. Then I had to go in for a second session. Mind you, the tattoo was no more than a softball size. I believe starting point is 50 and up. If the price is over your budget she'll work with you. Place is clean, price is decent. Overall wonderful experience
