I love Mom's!!!! I've been coming here on and off since I moved to the bay, but the past few years it's become my go to spot. I work weird hours, so I love that I can go later in the evening after work. Piercers and tattoo artists are always helpful, thorough, and kind. I got my labret pierced yesterday and the front desk staff was awesome (as always!!). I've been to Mom's around four times now and, each visit, I've gotten superb service. The staff are so helpful and very patient. Most recently, I had Analouise change out my nose and septum jewelry, and they were great. (They also super generously walked me through the process of changing out my jewelry myself!) Will definitely come back for my future piercing needs. I've been to most of the piercers on Haight and this shop has been my favorite thus far

Ive been trying to get a tooth gem for about two months from this place. This has happened three or four times where they have given me times that the person who does tooth gems will be in, and then i show up or call at that time and they arent in. Today they told me the person will be in at six pm. I call at 6:30 pm to confirm again (as ive learned my lesson) and they say the person wont be in until may 7th. I am tired of the unreliability and inconsistency of this place. Moms...
