We were visiting SF from the North Oregon Coast and decided to visit Haight Ashbury today on our last day. While walking around, we saw the sandwich board advertising "Mystery Tattoo" you get what you get. I got my nipples pierced here about a year and a half ago and they have been irritated ever since. Recently, one of them got super infected, so I went to another place and they told me that the gauge was way smaller than is typical for nipple piercings and was creating irritation and trauma by moving around. They also do not let someone else come in the room with you when you're getting a piercing which is sketchy. This is the shop of two extremes for me so the inconsistency is a big factor on my rating. I dragged my friends along so I could change some jewelry pieces. I've been to cold steel, fiatlux, and rose. I enjoyed the service there but I do like getting a good look at other shops. Well, I'd rank this lower comparatively.
