Took my teen here to get his 1st piercings. The employees were all very friendly, helpful, & considerate. They gave us a lot of information & everything felt clean & well managed. I absolutely recommend this business.

i have gotten 3 different types of piercings (lobe, cartilage, and nose) over the years here and the experience has been amazing every time. The staff here is so knowledgeable and makes the process super easy and the piercers are all so good at making sure you feel comfortable! They're accepting of walk-ins but you can also make appointments (which I recommend for weekends since they can get busy!). Their pricing is super transparent as well (all prices listed online). I cannot say enough great things about Cold Steel and I go out of my way to get pierced here....

I came up to the city with my best friends and sister to celebrate my birthday and my best friend moving to San Fran! We walked on Haight Street for 30 seconds before we found Cold Steel America.
