Went in to get my nose pierced, and I was hesitant at first because I had previously gotten it done at another shop, and it was super painful. It never healed properly, and it caused a keloid bump. I explained all this to Puck, and after reassuring me and explaining the reasons I had some of those issues the previous time, I went ahead with it, and I'm so glad I did! The pain was almost non-existent, and I'm excited to say it's been healing great without any issues. Thanks, Puck, for the awesome service and advice, night and day...
