OMG when I tell you one of the best tattoo parlors I've ever been to, I mean that wholeheartedly I have several pieces of art now and Western Ave tattoos, Art my artist is amazing I barely felt a thing no blood no swelling amazing me and my best friend got tattoos for our birthday and he did them both. The place is super clean everyone is super friendly very welcoming atmosphere and again super clean. I saw two other artists working there their work was also amazing I know one was named Reza and again Art did our work....
