I took my daughter to get her ears pierced as a birthday gift. A friend had a bad experience at Claire's, dealing with an infection and unprofessional part-time staff, so she didn't recommend it. Raven thoroughly sterilized the needle and provided clear instructions, making both my daughter and me feel at ease. A day has passed, and there's no swelling--the piercing is perfectly placed and looks beautiful. I highly recommend this place!
This place is extremely amazing. The best shop I have been too. Ryan was my artist and he was incredible. The consultation was efficient but I felt heard and my vision came to life due to him hearing me. Ryan also provided experienced suggestions without ever making me feel like "I need to do it his way". His suggestions were spot on too. I have been beaming with pride ever since the tattoo was completed. I will recommend this shop to anyone who will listen. RIP DOOM
