The BEST experience! Ricky at the customer service front end was exceptional! My artist was Cody and the detail and work was immaculate! Also he worked in a re work from a prior tat from another state. My daughter got her first tattoo from Ben and he made her SO comfortable. Her boyfriend got his first tattoo thing piece from Damien and he was VERY impressed! I cannot tell you how impressed we are!
Decided to get a tattoo while on vacation in LA and couldn't have chose a better place. The shop environment was great and employees were very welcoming. Damien did an amazing job with my traditional eagle piece, highly recommend. Much love from the east coast
Everyone at Port City was very helpful and friendly. Me, my husband, and my sister came in as walk-ins and were quickly greeted and assisted. Ben and Cody did a great job on our tattoos.
