Spooky was both a calming presence and a total professional during my earlobe piercing. Explained everything that was going to happen ahead of time, made me feel safe and comfortable, warned me before he touched my ears at all, let alone with the needles (which barely hurt), and was thorough and non-alarmist with his aftercare instructions. He really put my anxiety at ease. I'd recommend him and this shop to anyone looking to get a piercing done.
