Stella's electric tattoo is a shop that has such an amazing atmosphere compared to the others in the area, all of the artists here are amazing, talented, and they care about what they do! Kiki is their piercer (and tattoo artist) and she is FANTASTIC! I don't get pierced by anyone else! Hands down, great people and great work! I wouldn't suggest another shop!
