They used to be amazing, but their service and quality has taken a sharp nosedive in the last few years. The hours are pretty scarce, and they're often not there when they're supposed to be open. Most recently, I went in to get a septum piercing redone, and was told they hadn't sterilized all of their instruments that day, and asked if I could come back three days later when they'd be open again. When I tried to go back, no one had come in that day. Everyone is very nice, but the customer service is severely lacking.
The experience was wonderful! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming and there is no discrimination whatsoever! I got a tattoo from Calla and she does amazing work! I highly recommend going here
Best piercing place I've ever been! I usually go here for all my piercings, but got a nostril piercing in anchorage that I reacted to and my nose ate, I called here desperate for anyone to save my piercing and they cut it out for free, and specially shaped the new jewelry for me. it's healed great! I also have a newish double helix that is healing amazingly
