Icing

I went to Icing's on Saturday morning, November 16. There was a lady working with redish orange hair with glasses that was there. SHE ABSOLUTELY HAS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!! I WENT TO CHECK OUT AND PLACED MY ITEM AT THE REGISTER READY TO CHECK OUT. SHE DID NOT EVEN LOOK MY WAY , NOR ASKED HOW I WAS DOING OR ASKED ME TO WAIT. SHE CONTINUES LOOKED THRU HER PHONE AND ACTED AS IF I WAS INVISIBLE! I ended up just walking out of the store! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! HIRE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY WANT TO WORK AND NOT STARE...

Can I just say that Mariah is incredible. I'd never been to Icing before. Honestly, I didn't even know it existed. I just needed to get my daughter's ears pierced and the tattoo shop we had tried to go to was really unprofessional. Looking for a new place to get her ears pierced, we found Icing, and Mariah turned a stressful day into one with laughter. She is a smart, smart woman who has a natural knack at making people feel comfortable. She clearly loves her job. Shoot, she made ME want to work there she seemed to enjoy it...

I just wanna say thank you to the worker who got my beautiful baby girl ears peirce today, my kids are hard to keep track of and is a handful and the worker was patient and understanding and did a wonderful job while I juggled around with both my daughter getting her ears peirce and my son that kept walking off or getting into things, she was patient and understanding and explained everything on how to keep clean. Really appreciate the understanding and did not get frustrated or complain.
