Apparently Charlie can't tattoo his own stencil. I was happy with the stencil. But the actual finished product is complete garbage. I'm furious! The first picture is what it should have looked like. The second is the mess I'm stuck with!I went back twice...he kept saying "give it time. It will look better." NOT! It's been over a month. He refuses to do anything and refuses a refund! I'm furious! Now I have to find someone to fix this hot mess!
